To get sunflower oil, there will be 4 plants, they are Sunflower Seed Pre-press Plant, Sunflower Pre-press Cake Solvent Extraction Plant, Sunflower Oil Refining Plant and Sunflower Oil Dewaxing plant. Bellow we will introduce this line for you.

Part I: Pre-press Plant of Agriculture machinery for Sunflowerseed oil making,vegetable seed oil extraction machine,oilseed oil production workshop produc

1. It is necessary for hulling the sunflower seeds before pressing, so it could reduce the wax content of final oil, which is bad for human.

2. Normally the oil pressing plant is composed of seeds Cleaning & Crushing unit, Steaming and Drying units, Pressing units, Conveyor, Electrical cabinet box, etc. The oil pressing unti as the main stage, to make the vegetable seeds flake in a hardened cage to squeeze oil content out. It's complete set of oil pressing equipment, which is automatically operated to save more labor and cost.

3. Including to the following machinery and parts:Electrical apparatus control, Material feeder, Conveyor, Screening machine, Steaming & Frying machine, Huller machine, Medium boiler etc.

4. The by-products from the oil press are cake and soap residue. The cake could be used as animal food with pellet machine, or source material for the other way of extraction. Soap residue is the source material for laundry soap with soap making machinery and washing detergent.

Part II: Pre-press Cake Solvent Extraction Plant of Agriculture machinery for Sunflowerseed oil making,vegetable seed oil extraction machine,oilseed oil production workshop produc

1. The second way to extract oil for using chemical solvent to dissolve oil content contained in cake or direct oil seeds, only for lower oil seeds, for example soybean.

2. Then oil is separated from solvent by vaporizing solvent out. In configuring the solvent extraction plant, pre-pressing may be involved in which case seeds are ligLDly pressed, and which leaves about 14% to 18% oil in the pressed cake.

3. Solvent extraction will further process these cakes and leave less than 1% oil in the final cake. This method results in higher yields, more oil; lower power consumption, lower wear & maintenance and high extract efficiency.

4. Thus it could be used as complement equipment to extract the oil remained in cake, which yields are extra profits. Certainly if the capacity is less than 50tons, or it is high rate of output oil, this process could be saved.

1. The crude sunflower oil from above mentioned two ways of extracting, oil pressing and solvent extraction, will be pumped into oil refining units to produce cooking oil at various grades.

2. The main equipment of oil refining is various kinds of vessels and tanks carrying on different tasks with additives.

3. These tasks may include sedimentation/filtering, neutralization(removing free fatty acid), degumming, decolorization(bleaching), deodorization, especially the dewax process is necessary, more wax would destroy the quality of sunflower oil.

4. Different combination of steps and the treating degree of each step result in different grade cooking oil and salad oil.

1. Dewax: Used to remove the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.

2. heat-transfer oil stove: Supply each device production needing heat enerLD, temperature reach above 280C.

3. Steam generator: Produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.

4. Vacuum pump: Supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.

5. Press filter: Filter clay, filter out clear oil.

6. Air compressor: Blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.

a. Cooking With Production Sunflower Oil

One of the benefits of sunflower oil is that it is extremely ligLD in flavor, so the oil doesn't overpower the rest of a dish's ingredients. This ligLD flavor is perfect in simple pasta dishes, includig shrimp and broccoli pasta, saute shrimp in a large skillet using 2 tbsp. of sunflower oil. Once th shrimp are cooked, add cooed pasta, steamed broccoli, 3 tbsp. of sunflower oil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Saute on medium heat for two minuts or until all ingredients are combined.

b. Frying With Production Sunflower Oil

Because sunflower oil is low in saturated fat, many use the oil for frying. Unlike canola oil, which is high in saturated fat, sunflower oil is composed of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, making it a much healthier alterative. Use sunfloweroil to fry potato skins, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken or seafood. Use a simple batter mae with flour, egg and water, or bread and cracker crumbs. Heat sunflower oil in medium pot or fryer, dip products in and remove once the batter is brown and crispy. Allow to cool, and enjoy.
