a. Rotocel Extraction

Adopt stainless steel fixed grid plate and increase the horizontal grid plates, which can prevent the strong miscella from flowing back to the blanking case, so as to ensure good extraction effect;

The rotocel extractor is driven by rack, with unique rotor of balanced design, low rotating speed, low power, smooth operation, no noise and quite low maintenance cost;

The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage.

b. Loop Type Extraction

The extractor is driven by chains. New structures designed ensures less power consumption, less maintenance cost and no noise. Rotation speed of host machine can be adjusted automatically according to the incoming oilseed quantity to ensure that the bin level is stable. This will do good to form micro negative-pressure in the extractor and reduce the leakage.

Miscella circulation process is improved to reduce solvent use, solvent residue in meal and increase miscella concentration. EnerLD is saved through reducing the evaporation quantity.

The main extraction way is filtration. Once turnover is designed at the bending part to reduce extraction corner.
