Oil Extraction Workshop

Craft flow:

Extraction methods:

crude oil → degumming&dephosphorization → deacidification → drying → decolorization → deodorization → defatting → dewaxing → finished oil.

Refining methods:

oil refining is according to the different usage and requirements, utilizing the physical methods and chemical processes to get rid of the harmful impurities and needless substance in the crude oil, getting standard oil.

1. After refining the impurity of oil must be less than 0.2% ;

1.Continuous alkali refining shortens contact time between oil and lye,reduces grease saponification,lowers refining consumption,and improves efficiency.

2.Decolorization adopts technoloLD of combining premixing and steam mixing bleaching,which improves bleaching efficiency,saves consumption of bleaching clay,and it's simple and convenient to operate;and negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil,thereby ensuring oil product quality,inhibiting acid value to rise again,and lowering peroxide value.
