Oil manufactured by extraction way is use solid-liquid extraction principle, chose 6 number solvent, spray oil materialsand immerse them, so as to extract the oil. Its basis process is this: immerse the materials billet into the solvent, dissolve the oils in the solvent, made mix oil, the separate the mix oil from the solid dregs(wet meal), the mix oils evaporated and stripped according to different boiling point, let solvent gasifying to become steam separated from oil, so to get oil(extraction crude oil). Solvent steam through condense, cooling reclaimed then go on circulate use. There is also certain amount solvent in the wet meal, through de-solution baking dry treatment , get product meal, during this process, the volatile solvent steam through condense, cooling reclaimed for circulate using.

the extraction workshop mainly includes the following several sections: extraction section, wet meal de-solution bake drying section, mix oil evaporating section, solvent steam condense and cooling section, free gas reclaim section and others.
