1.palm fruit/bunch → sterilization → threshing → digesting → clarification → purification →dring → CPO→ refining → decolorizing → deodorizing →RBD palm oil → crystallization → fractionation → RBD olein & RBD stearin

Sterilization:take advantage of High temperature, Fruit bunches cook until soft and sterilization(145°C,90-120minute)intention:Fruit easy separation fruit series,Fruit softening,Increase the humidity of fruit.. So easy to take oil, at the same time also make verification easy separation nuclear shell,prevent enzymatic decomposition, in order to avoid free fatty acid content increased.
