Corn content percentages:

Corn four :0.3-0.25 ;Corn grits :0.3-0.45;Corn germ 0.06-0.08;Corn bran: 0.22-0.24;Corn germ oil :0.25;Corn oil refining : 0.9;

1000 kg corn will get 0.7 corn grits and flour . Corn germ 0.06-0.08 . Corn bran : 0.22-0.24

1000kg corn germ will get 250kg crude corn oil .after refinery , you will get 225kg corn oil .

Corn oil extraction machine operation process:

1.The pretreatment process

Corn seeds-processing section --corn germ ----cleaning process (cleaning sieve) --pressing the corn germ first time (to get the most oil in the corn germ) --the cake with residual oil --go to solvent extraction workshop

2. The solvent extraction process

The corn cake with residual oil from pretreatment process --solvent extractor --condenser( solvent cooling for recycling usage) --solvent seperate ---crude oil ( go to refinery workshop ) -- cake ( go to cake warehouse )

3.The refinery process:

Crude corn germ oil ---degumming , washing and drying section --dewaxing section --decoloring section --deodorization section -acid stripping section--degreasing section--clean rice bran oil for cooking

The waste oil pump into the distillation of Crude Oil Refining Machine , through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature by Cooking oil corn oil extraction/refined oil machine is the 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor of Cooking oil corn oil extraction/refined oil machine is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then Crude Oil Refining Machine can be used by Cooking oil corn oil extraction/refined oil machine again.
