Groundnut Oil Extraction Mill prepressing flowchart:

Cleaning→Crushing----Cooking → Pressing →Settlement→Crude oil

Cleaning Process:

Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. The dedusting system uses single union cyclone and centrifugal fan to remove dust effectively, so as to to ensure workshop hygiene and clear ligLD impurities.

Crushing Process:

Roller crusher is used to ensure the crushing effect.

Flaking Process

hydraulic compact roller flaker is used to ensure thin and uniform flake, with high toughness and small powder.

Cooking Process

Cook the peanut, adjust the moisture and temperature, for better pressing effect.

Pressing Process:

Use ZX32 oil press for secondary pressing to increase oil recovery, and the residual oil in cake is £9%.

Crude Oil Filter:

First, use clarifying oil tank for primary settlement and filtering, and then use plate filter for fine filtration. Try to reduce the cake residue in crude oil to ensure the following deguming effect.

Diaphragm Type Filter:

Cooling and fine filtration process: pump the coarse filtered oil into cooling oil tank to further cool it to a lower temperature, and colloid impurities in crude oil temperatures condense gradually in the critical condensed temperature. Pump the frozen oil into the oil filter, and the colloid impurities are stopped by filter medium and then separated from oil.

Crude Oil Refining Machine can be used in black engine oil,Crude oil and plastic oil, etc, by distilled catalyst to get gasoline and diesel oil. The waste oil pump into the distillation of Crude Oil Refining Machine , through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature by LeaderE Groundnut Oil Extraction Mill is the 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor of LeaderE Groundnut Oil Extraction Mill is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then Crude Oil Refining Machine can be used by LeaderE Groundnut Oil Extraction Mill again.
